We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. If revisions are made, we will post them here and update the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this page. We encourage you to check back periodically and review the most current version. Your continued use of sognare.shop constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms (in whole or part), do not use our website.
Your Sognare Account
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products on sognare.shop.
When you create an account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate information about yourself. We take your privacy seriously and will make reasonable efforts to protect this information. However, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and any activities through your account. Please notify us immediately of unauthorized use or other security breaches.
Product Information
We make every effort to display products accurately on our website. However, actual colors and dimensions you see may vary slightly from images due to your monitor settings, manufacturing variances, or other factors. Information provided about materials, care instructions, warranties, etc. are as accurate as possible but not guaranteed. We disclaim liability for typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions.
Placing Orders
Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. If the price increases before we ship your order, we will notify you and await confirmation before processing payment.
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time before shipment. Some situations that may result in order cancellation include:
- Error in product information, pricing, or availability
- Suspected fraud
- Difficulty obtaining authorization for your payment
- Undeliverable shipping address
- Other issues that may risk loss for our company
If we must cancel an order placed and paid for, we will attempt to notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Once your order has shipped, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you. Please inspect packages promptly on arrival and notify us of any shipping damages or product defects. We cannot guarantee availability of replacements for improperly shipped or damaged items.
Shipping & Delivery
We process orders as quickly as possible, on business days during standard hours of operation. Processing requires 1-2 business days; shipping takes 2-7 business days on average. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or major holidays.
Expedited shipping options may be available at additional cost. Estimated delivery dates are calculated from the shipment date during checkout. Actual delivery timing depends on your location, courier operations, weather, etc. We cannot guarantee orders will arrive by a specific date but will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery.
You are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we may request updated details. Undeliverable orders cancelled due to invalid addresses are subject to cancellation fees.
Once an order has left our facilities, we cannot reroute shipments or change the delivery address. Please confirm your address carefully before submitting your order. Notify us immediately if you need to update shipping details for an order that has not yet shipped.
Sales Tax
If you purchase tangible personal property on sognare.shop, sales tax may be added to the final purchase price. Rates are determined based on your shipping destination and method if applicable. You are liable to remit any sales tax to the appropriate state department of revenue.
As a courtesy, we collect this sales tax to simplify the payment process for you. In doing so, Sognare assumes no tax liability on your behalf or provide detailed accounting of sales taxes paid.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay. To complete checkout, you must provide a billing address matching the card details.
By submitting your payment information, you represent you are authorized to use the payment method provided. You also authorize Sognare to charge your card for the products you purchase plus any taxes, fees, and shipping costs.
Please note: we do not store full credit card information on our site. Your payment details are securely collected and processed by trusted third-party vendors.
Promotions & Discounts
Sognare may offer sales, coupons, special offers, and other promotions through our website. To qualify, you must meet eligibility terms, such as:
- Being a new customer
- Making a minimum purchase
- Using a valid promo code
- Purchasing select products
- Enrolling in our mailing list
Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders. Discounts and offers generally cannot be combined together either. Only one promo code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
We reserve rights to modify, end, or deny any promotion at any time without advance notice. All coupon codes and discounts have an expiration date; please review terms carefully before ordering. Discounts are limited to stock on hand.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with Sognare products purchased on our website, you may return eligible items for a full refund subject to terms below.
- Items must be returned within 100 days of original purchase date.
- Products must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
- Toppers and pillows must be free of imprints, stains, odors, or damage.
- Please do not wash or dry clean items before return to preserve tags and product integrity.
- Mattress pads must be returned in original plastic packaging unopened. Do not attempt to unseal plastic or remove tags prior to return.
- Returns must have an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained by contacting Customer Service.
- You are responsible for all return shipping fees and costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring contents in case of loss. Items lost or damaged in return transit are not eligible for refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of return receipt and inspection. Amounts credited may reflect deductions for shipping, handling, taxes, etc.
- Sale items may have different return policies and exclusions. See individual product pages for details.
Please inspect orders promptly upon delivery before washing, using, or removing original tags/packaging. Contact us within 5 days of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped order to report issues and request a replacement.
We cannot process returns or exchanges more than 100 days post-purchase. Our Customer Service team can assist with any questions about our returns, refunds, and exchanges policies.
Product Warranties
Select Sognare products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms, length, coverage inclusions/exclusions, instructions for filing a claim, and other details vary between products. Please see the individual product page and documentation for warranty specifics.
In general, our warranties cover certain product defects existing at the time of manufacture and may provide replacement or repair for qualifying issues. Problems arising from normal wear-and-tear over time with regular use are generally not covered.
Warranties become effective on the original purchase date from Sognare. Warranty periods are not extended if a product is replaced or repaired during the original term.
Transferable warranties may pass to a new owner if an item is resold or gifted during the original warranty duration. Non-transferable warranties are voided after transfer from the original purchaser.
To receive warranty coverage, you must provide proof of purchase from Sognare showing order date along with photos and description of the defect. If requested, you are responsible for safe return shipping of damaged items to Sognare or an authorized dealer for assessment.
Misuse, improper cleaning, negligence, dimensional changes from routine use, comfort preferences, and other non-warranty issues can lead to denial of warranty claims. Warranty coverage is provided at the sole discretion of Sognare or our dealers.
Refused Packages
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to refusal, we will issue a refund less the return shipping fees and a 20% restocking charge. Multiple refused packages may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Account Termination
Sognare reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the website and account at any time for any reason without advance notice or liability. We may cancel orders, modify services, and recover damages if deemed necessary.
You may edit or delete your account if you wish to no longer use our website. However, this action does not affect any previous agreements, transactions, or obligations to sognare.shop.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content published, displayed, or accessed through the Sognare website remains our sole property. This includes proprietary product names, logos, branding elements, photographs, documents, and other materials. Do not copy, distribute, modify or make derivative works from our website content.
Any authorized use of Sognare’s intellectual property must maintain and apply all proprietary notices and marks. You must obtain express written consent for uses beyond viewing the website itself. Please contact us about collaborations, partnerships, or licensing opportunities.
